7. **Decisions**
8. - **The page number is in the path (`/movies/page/2`, page 1 = `/movies`), not `?page=2`.** I changed this from the mission. A page component can't read the query string (hybriel#11, the query half is still open). hl:web's Back (`popstate` → `show(location.pathname)`) also drops the query. With `?page=N`, every page change would be a full reload and Back would land on page 1. With the path, paging is client-side (60–75 ms) and Back works.
9. - **Pagination is copied verbatim and not edited.** It has no data out (hybriel#87), so `tilelist.hl` wraps it in `pager-box { on click }`. That handler reads the clicked button's text and calls `navigate()`. With only one page, no pagination is shown.
10. - **The lists are built once at server start** (`catalog.hl`: one scan of shows + episodes, about 1 s on real data). A request only slices 24 ids. They are refreshed per synced show in the daily run and on the first read of a new day (upcoming release dates are kept per series).

12. - `/movies` has all movies, including future-dated ones (first) and undated ones (last).
13. - The homepage row shows only released movies.
14. - In `/shows`, series with no released episode come last, ordered by their own release date.

16. - **Home text:** it says episodes come from TMDB, because TVmaze is only used for ids. The sign-in hint shows only when signed out.

19. - I changed some existing checks: the three "page stays empty" checks now check the homepage content.
20. - The in-app run now expects `newEpisodes=2`, because the fake TMDB also adds a released episode. That proves the re-sort happens without a restart.
22. **Duplicate rows from the session sync** (the team lead's heads-up about hybriel 64527baa):
23. - I checked every face that takes `session`: `showRows`, `showToggleEpisode`, `showToggleSeason`, `showToggleFollow`, `unwatchedToggle`, `trackerLogin` and `trackerLogOut`.
24. - None of the client handlers appends a returned row. Each one assigns the whole list (`rows = r.rows`) or a flag. The new #13 pages have no faces.
25. - I added 4 gate checks that each row appears exactly once. Each waits 400 ms after the action, then checks the exact row count and that the button values are unique. They cover the /my/unwatched click, expanding a season, an episode click and the Follow toggles.
27. **Real-data load times** (copy, deleted afterwards). Server time is 5–7 ms per page. Each page was loaded in a fresh Chrome (document, modules, socket, posters in view), signed in / signed out:

44. **Open points**
45. 1. **Adult titles.** The migrated movie table holds many porn titles (e.g. "Pervy Doctor 8" on /movies page 1, more on page 4). They now show on the public `/` and `/movies`. No adult flag is stored; the creator or architect has to decide (filter by TMDB `adult`, or list only followed movies, …).
46. 2. Almost every movie tile shows the placeholder poster, because only followed shows have poster files.
47. 3. A real-phone check is still needed after deploy.
48. 4. Seen, not changed: `/my/unwatched` takes 1.5–1.6 s on real data (1,594 rows).
50. **Hybriel issues**
51. - **New:** hl:web `client.hl:2795` `popstate` calls `show(location.pathname, false)` and drops `location.search`. Back to a URL with a query loses the query (`arrive()` and `goTo` keep it).
52. - **Known:** #11 (a component cannot read the query) and #87 (no data out from a composed component) — both worked around as described above.
53. - A `static` cannot be reassigned ("Cannot reassign immutable variable"), but its fields can be mutated across modules. `catalog.hl` uses field writes; this is probably by design.
