1. # Report 031 — the WorldAPI theme + tracker#32 header/menu (w088, 2026-10-04)
3. Commits on main: 39950e4 (code + gates), 9b5d2e8 (README/STATUS/LOG). NOT deployed, not pushed.
5. **Theme**: `theme/` copied verbatim from layouts.worldapi.org 85b5654 (`diff -r` clean), `shared/tokens.hl` byte-equal.

38. So load is **slightly worse (~10 %)**, not equal.

41. /settings should really be (minimal stand-ins now); the phone's horizontal tile rows now show the theme's scrollbar colour.
